Richard said the owners considered several potential buyers before deciding that Favsco23 was best placed to look after their mid-Cheshire clients. He added: “Having worked for Reeds Rains in my early years I have respected them as a competitor ever since.”
Customers joining Reeds Rains will continue to be supported by the people they know. Landlords will also gain access to Reeds Rains technology and services, including its landlord portal, Fixflo and Propoly.

Continuing with the existing lettings team from Coulby Conduct will be key to this. Landlords and tenants will still have the same friendly faces helping them as they did before!”
