Reeds Rains Romford opens high-street branch after successful virtual launch

Reeds Rains Romford opened its new physical branch in July 2025, following a successful virtual launch in November 2024.

Led by franchise owner Gurneet Walia, the LSL Estate Agency franchise has established a high-street presence as it continues to build relationships with customers and strengthen the Reeds Rains brand across the South East.

The official opening brought together local businesses, community members, customers, friends and family to celebrate the team's latest milestone.

From virtual launch to high-street branch

Starting virtually enabled Gurneet and his team to begin serving customers and building awareness before moving into physical premises eight months later.

Gurneet said: “I'm incredibly proud to open the Romford branch ahead of schedule. Starting virtually gave us a great platform to connect with customers and build trust. Now, with our new high-street presence, we're even better positioned to serve the local market.”
