Rogers Stewart expands in Teesside with new Personal Agent model

Reeds Rains franchise partner Rogers Stewart has expanded its Teesside presence with the launch of a self-employed Personal Agent model.

Steve McDonald, formerly branch manager at Reeds Rains Stockton branch, will serve customers in Norton, Wynyard, Billingham and Sedgefield. He will run his own business with the backing of the Reeds Rains brand, systems and marketing support.

Steve brings more than 30 years of estate agency experience, including the past eight and a half years with Reeds Rains, and is already a familiar face to customers across the local area.

A personal point of contact

Steve said: “I am really excited and I felt it was the right time to do things a little differently and becoming a self-employed Personal Agent means that I will be the sole point of contact to deliver a personal and flexible service.”

“Throughout the process, I will be on hand every step of the way for people selling their house. From initial market appraisals through to negotiation and completion, customers will have me to lean on for advice and expertise. Under the Personal Agent model, I don't necessarily want to be the biggest local estate agent, but my goal is to be the one people recommend.”
